Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensor

Description

Hub and Network Requirements:
- An Aqara Hub (M2, M1S, E1, M1S Gen2, Camera Hubs G2H Pro/G2H, or Camera Hub G3) is required for the Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensor to function and is sold separately.
- Compatible with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi for most hubs, with the Camera Hub G3 supporting 2.4/5 GHz.
- Note: Not compatible with hubs from other brands and does not support Wi-Fi 6. The M2 Hub can also connect via Ethernet (RJ45).
- Necessary for binding the sensor with HomeKit and Alexa skills.
Proximity for Reliable Connection:
- For accurate data transmission, keep the Temperature and Humidity Sensor within 400 inches of the Aqara Hub.
- Ensure the hub is within the same range from the Wi-Fi router and that both are on the same LAN network for optimal stability.
Remote Monitoring and Home Automation:
- The sensor can send alerts to your phone or activate the Aqara Hub’s night light when the room temperature crosses a set threshold.
- It can also trigger connected devices, such as the Aqara Smart Plug, to control appliances like fans or humidifiers, helping maintain a comfortable environment.
Accurate Temperature and Humidity Measurement:
- Equipped with a high-precision sensor from Sensirion, an industry-leading manufacturer.
- Installation Note: Avoid placing the sensor in extreme conditions (e.g., inside a refrigerator) for best accuracy.
- To activate, remove the battery tab and long-press the reset button. If disconnected, check the battery level and replace if needed.
Built-in Air Pressure Sensor:
- In addition to temperature and humidity, this sensor monitors ambient air pressure, providing comprehensive environmental data.
