Zone Positioning for Room-Wide Precision: The Aqara Presence Sensor FP2 utilizes advanced radar technology, allowing coverage of up to 40 m² (430 sq ft) with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connectivity. Create up to 30 individual zones (e.g., sofa, bed, desk) within this space, and set custom automations for each. This feature allows the FP2 to function as multiple PIR sensors in one, offering unprecedented flexibility in home automation. Note: The FP2 is wired and requires continuous power.

Multi-Person & Fall Detection: The FP2 can identify up to five individuals simultaneously and respond with unique automations. When ceiling-mounted, the FP2’s Fall Detection Mode can detect falls and notify you via the app. Note: Fall Detection is available only when ceiling-mounted and should be used solely for notification purposes.

Multi-Ecosystem Compatibility: Compatible with HomeKit, Alexa, Google Home, and Home Assistant, the FP2 Presence Sensor offers direct integration without needing an Aqara hub. Built-In Light Sensor & Local Automations: Equipped with a light sensor, the FP2 enables flexible lighting automations in Aqara Home, HomeKit, and IFTTT. All automations are locally processed, maintaining functionality without internet. Note: The FP2 is not Zigbee-enabled; for best results, keep it within 393 inches (10 meters) of the router in open space.
