Description

• Aqara Hub Requirement:
  • The Aqara Water Leak Sensor requires an Aqara Hub, which is sold separately.
  • Compatible hubs include M2, M1S, E1, M1S Gen2, and Camera Hubs G2H Pro/G2H (2.4 GHz Wi-Fi required) and Camera Hub G3 (supports 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi).
  • Not compatible with hubs from other brands and does not support Wi-Fi 6. Hub M2 also supports a wired connection via Ethernet (RJ45).
  • Ensure the sensor is connected to the Aqara Hub before linking to Apple HomeKit or activating Google Home or Alexa skills.
• Proximity for Optimal Connection:
  • Position the Aqara Water Leak Sensor within 400 inches of the Aqara Hub for reliable performance.
  • Ensure the hub is also within 400 inches of the Wi-Fi router, and both are on the same local network (LAN) for a stable connection.
• Flood Detection:
  • The sensor instantly alerts you via phone and activates the local alarm on the Aqara Hub when water is detected, helping to prevent leaks and potential flooding.
• Home Automation Integration:
  • Can be configured to trigger other Aqara devices and automations when it detects excess water, providing a responsive home automation experience.
• Wireless & Compact Design:
  • No wiring or screws required; designed for easy placement anywhere potential leaks might occur.
  • Features sensitive probes with a 0.5 mm water level threshold to detect leaks early.
• High-Quality, Durable Construction:
  • Built with an IP67 water-resistant and rust-proof exterior.
